- A Site Allocations DPD allocates land for housing, employment, retail and mixed use development. This document presents for public comment a number of sites that have been suggested by stakeholders and others as possible locations for development. At this stage Peterborough City Council is not committed to any site. The inclusion of a site in this document does not represent any decision by the Council and does not provide the site with any kind of planning status.
